Klipsch is the next company to take on smart speakers with an updated version of its The Three Heritage wireless speaker-- now with built-in Google Assistant functionality for customers wanting a range of voice control.
The Three with Google Assistant retains the same mid-century modern design as the original, together with award-winning acoustics and robust connectivity. Google Assistant adds further functionality, such as the ability to ask questions and get information, stream music, hear the news, weather and traffic, add to shopping lists, control smart home devices and make phone calls.
First seen back at CES 2018, the outdoor camera can not only be integrated with Somfy's own TaHoma home automation system, but also with WorksWithNest ecosystems, IFTTT, Amazon Alexa and Google Home. It also features AI algorithms able to identify intruders, before automatically triggering the siren and notifying the homeowner on the Somfy Protect companion application.
The combination of the Salamander Ultra-Short Throw Credenzas and the SI Solo Pro (plus optical "SI" material suited for ultra-short throw projectors) makes it simpler for installers to deploy display solutions in close quarters in homes, offices and classrooms.
HDR10+ is the latest version of the HDR format. The current HDR10 standard uses static metadata present on a UHD Blu-ray disc to initially set brightness, which remains unchanged for the duration of the disc. HDR10+ improves on HDR through dynamic tone-mapping metadata allowing brightness adjustment on a frame-by-frame basis. The result is more dynamic, colourful and realistic HDR images, closer to the original vision of the creator.
