Extron presents the NBP Decorator series Network Button Panels-- a product family bringing convenient, easy-to-deploy control to a broad variety of AV applications.
Network Button Panels connect to a control processor using standard ethernet. The customisable control panels work in conjunction with an IP Link Pro control processor HC 400 series system to perform a wide range of AV system functions, including display on/off, input switching, volume control and more. The buttons are easily customisable using an online Custom Button Builder Application, while PoE allows for both power and communications over a single ethernet cable.

The Backpack measures just 190 x 203 x 228mm, yet promises to deliver 5.1 surround sound while acting discreetly as a home cinema hub. It carries 5 internal Class D amplifiers (three 75W and two 30W at 4 Ohms), and powers any passive LCR and surround channels using Continuous Stigma technology. Construction is in anodised aluminium, and installers can either attach the chassis on the back of a flat-panel display or mount it on- or in-wall.

Meanwhile the SD 3100 HV includes a UAC3 USB receiver, making it capable of transferring sample rates up to PCM32 768 and native DSD 1024.
