Runco Projects ISE Ambitions

Runco's Marketing VP Jennifer Davis speaks with ECI and rAVe Europe Web TV at ISE 2011, where she tells of what the company has on show regarding its high-end projectors.

Runco ISEFirst off is its LED 3D projector, the D-73d-- delivering an excellent 3D experience, as we witnessed at the show. It uses a passive 3D system with particularlycomfortable glasses (also available as clip-ons for prescription spectacles wearers). Runco describes its 3D projection architecture as "constant stereoscopic video"-- a dual-imaging system ensuring both of the viewers' eyes receive a constant, flicker-free image.

Runco also displays 2 new projectors from its Lightyle series-- the LS-10, an impressive 3-chip DLP projector, now coming in an elegant, sleak design aimed for mixed use spaces, such as living rooms; and the LS-HB, for bright living room installations. The LS-HB delivers a 2700 lumens picture, together with an ISF calibration suite (with day and night presents).

A new offering from the company is its Vistage flat panel series, 1.7" thin displays with unique customisable back panels. Coming in 2 sizes (50" and 63"), the displays' front panel consists of solid glass-- improving optical performance while delivering excellent brightness and viewing angles.
