Screen Innovations (SI) presents the Zero-G-- a projection screen designed to give the illusion of a screen floating in mid-air, and is able to disappear when not in use.
The Zero-G screen is available in a choice of screen materials, including the Slate ALR material able to block out 65% of ambient light, with gain options of 1.2 and 0.8 for optimal contrast. It is motorised, and rolls out of the way when not in use. Customers can colour-match the cables to a number of proprietary colour options, thus matching surrounding walls or background colour.
The screen has removable PCB, upper lift tubes and factory pre-programmed bomb-bay doors on the flash model. An optical sensor sets the upper limit setting, and SI can ship the material tube separately from the case for new construction installations.
Screens come in a maximum 160-inch size in 16:9 aspect ratio.
