Crestron announces a partnership with Black Nova-- one bringing Crestron Connected capability to the ARIA, ALBA and ANY collections of keypads and touchpanels.
As a result, Crestron residential dealers can integrate the Black Nova products in system designs using the Cresnet bus to deliver advanced custom control features and functionality. Crestron Connected technology enables interoperability among diverse 3rd party products, bringing about "significantly" smart homes.

As mentioned earlier, the Crestron-compatible Black Nova product lines are the ARIA, ALBA and ANY. ARIA offers a "tribute to the minimalist aesthetics of the 20th century," with straight lines, simple shapes and glass surfaces. ALBA keypads feature large, easy-to-use buttons in 2-, 4- and 8-button configurations with metal or glass finishes, while ANY touchpanels include proximity, gesture, ambient light, colour and temperature sensors.
