SnapAV announces an addition to the Pakedge WA seriies-- the WA-4200 4x4 Wave 2 indoor access point, featuring 802.11ac Wave 2 and beamforming technology for performance in large, high-density residential and commercial projects.
The WA-4200 delivers high performance for 4L and high-definition streaming applications and many high-speed devices simultaneously through a 4x4 MU-MIMO antenna design able to deliver a maximum data rate of 2400 Mbps. With two gigabit LAN ports and Link Aggregation, the WA-4200 maximises throughput when using a standard managed gigabit switch to improve wireless performance without need to upgrade network switches.
Like other WA series models, the WA-4200 supports complete cloud configuration for multi-AP deployments with BakPak, reducing configuration and deployment time. BakPak also allows installers to remotely manage and monitor customer networks via desktop or mobile app. Installation is flexible through the included template and accessory kit.
The WA-4200 is available as an in-ceiling model with an in-ceiling mounting bracket available for flush installs (mounting bracket sold separately). It is shipping now.
