Luxul launches an Easy Setup app allow installers to easily and quickly install a wireless router and up to two wireless access points (APs) at the same time using an iOS or Android device.
According to the company, the wireless controller inside the router takes care of configuration, and as such all the installer needs to do is to plug all devices in. The mobile app not only speeds up installations, but also ensures product installation includes appropriate security settings (such as wireless SSID and passphrase for both 2.4 and 5GHz networks) and the latest firmware.
"This app has been put through its paces by Luxul dealers to ensure a reliable tool primed to speed up installations and lower costs," Luxul adds. "We couldn't be more excited to say that initial testing is now complete, and the app is available to all integrators on the Apple and Google Play stores."
The Easy Setup app is compatible with the XWR-1200 and Epic 3 XWR-3150 routers, and is available now.
