Control4 aims at Origin Acoustics with the launch of Triad Designer-- a series of high-performance in-ceiling speakers engineered to hide neatly in a ceiling while projecting full, rich sound.
The speakers features an unobtrusive 4-inch flush-mounted grill, while retaining simple serviceability. With both full range and subwoofer models, the Triad Designer speakers reproduce a wider range of sound than traditional invisible speakers, and employ the Triad Ultra-Broad Dispersion (UBD) tweeter.
Designed for multi-room audio, the DS4-FR full-range speaker includes two woofers and a UBD tweeter able to disperse sound through a 150-degree field up to 50% wider than conventional speakers. As a result it minimises spots where music is too loud or too quiet. The DS4-FR offers plenty of low-end capacity, but for customers wanting exceptional bass the DS4-SUB delivers through three woofers, while still being incredibly discrete.
