Just Add Power responds to the coronavirus (aka Covid-19) pandemic with the launch of EZLogger, a remote logging tool allowing layer-3 configured Just Add Power 3G systems to send diagnostic data to the company.
According to the company, unlike similar products on the market requiring constant monitoring to detect issues, EZLoggeer eliminates the need for remote monitoring. Available as part of the justOS B2.0.5 firmware update, EZLogger automatically sends Just Add Power the data the company needs to analyse issues, reducing on-site visits by installers.
All the tool requires is an active route to the internet from the Just Add Power network and the OS B2.0.5 firmware. Installers can apply the firmware update remotely to layer-3 configured 3G systems.
