Enclave Audio announces a pair of WiSA-certified wireless multichannel surround speaker systems making part of the CineHome portfolio-- the CineHome II and CineHome PRO, together with the CineHub wireless audio transmitter.
According to the company, the complete 5.1 CineHome system sets up like a soundbar but provides the audio performance of a multichannel surround system. It consists of three wireless front speakers (left, right and centre), two wireless rear speakers (left and right) and a wireless subwoofer. The systems pair and sync automatically to deliver a high-definition audio experience across a 360-degree field of wireless surround by leveraging WiSA technology.
With WiSA compatibility, installers can bundle the CineHome II and CineHome PRO systems with the Enclave CineHub or configure them to work with any WiSA-certified transmitter or any WiSA-ready devices, including the 2019 LG OLED and NanoCell TVs. The WiSA-certified CineHome surround systems are not dependent on external wifi, instead using an discrete wireless network exclusive to the audio system. The systems also support uncompressed 24-bit, 96kHz audio with extremely low latency and less than 1 microsecond of synchronisation between speakers.
The CineHub wireless audio transmitter features Dolby Audio, DTS Digital Surround and uncompressed PCM. It also supports eARC, ARC, optical, Bluetooth and analog inputs. When bundled with the CineHome PRO wireless speaker solution it delivers the first THX- and WiSA-certified home theatre system.
