Access Networks access a partnership with Domotz to integrate the Core custom system in every newly deployed Domotz solution to allow remote network monitoring and management.
The collaboration should enable the two companies to learn from each other and enhance their product offerings to better meet the needs of luxury smart homes. In addition, as the joint release puts it, “integrators who offer live, proactive monitoring of their customers’ networks elevate their firm as an indispensable resource." Integrators can charge a monthly service fee to generate recurring revenue, or use complimentary service as a selling point for high-end customers, with Domotz making it easy to pair an Access Networks enterprise-grade network.
The Domotz RMM solution consists of 3 components-- the Domotz Pro Mobile Application, the Domotz Cloud and Domotz Network Agent. Easy to deploy, Domotz is downloaded on local hardware or on the Domotz Agent, a dedicated appliance sitting on the broadcast level of the network. The Domotz Cloud and Pro Mobile Application notify users in case of changes affecting network connection, speed or performance.
