Savant launches lighting and energy control modules-- two channel energy reporting modules for control and energy management of lighting and other electrical loads, such as household appliances.

Designed in partnership with sister company Racepoint Energy, Savant lighting and energy modules are designed for easy installation into standard electrical panels. The modules can be used for many individual load applications throughout the home, and are fully compatible with the Savant control ecosystem. Thus they allow installers to deliver better smart home functionality, critical energy usage data across all electrical load types and a foundation for a net-zero compliant home design.

Installers can connect large appliances, pool pumps and other electrical loads (up to 30 amps) into Savant modules and deliver energy consumption data across the whole home to the Savant Pro app, providing complete, dynamic environmental control of climate, lighting and other electrical loads. Homeowners can easily check power consumption during peak usage times, and make real-time adjustments through either the app or Savant control system.
