AV mounting solutions vendor Chief starts global shipping of the latest Fusion mounts, together with a new line of accessories working across wall, free-standing and ceiling mounted Fusion solutions.

The new fixed and tilt mounts retain the hallmark 4 Cs of Fusion-- Centreless lateral shift, ControlZone height and roll adjustment, Centris low profile tilt and ClickConnect tool-free latching.

As for innovations, Chief includes set screws (keep the mount rigid and stable), nesting spacers, a teardrop design and magnetised CickConnect for easier pull cord storage and access. The end caps also get a redesign (for the routing of cables between poles), an additional lateral shift allows the shifting of wall plates around electrical and low voltage boxes on the wall and an integrated security levels makes safeguarding displays easier.

Another inclusion is an interface hardware box for installers to hang on mount rails when displays will be mounted at a later time.

Accessory-wise Chief offers above/below shelving, side covers, speaker adapters and CPU holders. Medium Fusion mounts get single stud adapters, while new FCA8XX accessories are compatible across wall, freestanding and ceiling mount mounts for easier inventory.
