HomeSeer announces what it claims is the first Android-powered tabletop touchscreen for home automation-- the WFTT07, a freestanding device able to boot automatically to the HomeSeer HSTouch home automation app.
The tabletop form factor makes it ideal for use on coffee tables, counter tops and workbenches, while the Android operating system allows the installation of music streaming, video player and social media apps.
Setup simply involves the connection of a power adapter before the configuration of wifi and HSTouch server settings. A rechargeable lithium ion battery is also included.
