CYP launches a 4K solution range-- namely the the SY-4KS HDMI scaler, AU-11CD-4K HDMI audio de-embed, AU-11SA-4K 7.1 HDMI audio de-embed (7.1), AU-11CA-4K HDMI audio embed and the RE-11HS-4K HDMI to HDMI equaliser.
The SY-4KS either upscales HD (1080p@24) signals to 4K UHD resolutions or downscales UHD 4K signals to HD for integration with any AV system. It allows users to select highest commonly supported resolutions between source and display and incorporates 2 HDMI outputs with one bypass (input follows output) and the other scaled.
Installers can set the scaled output to 3 modes-- upscale to 4K, downscale from 4K or bypass.
The AU-11CD-4K is an HDMI repeating solution with integrated audio de-embedding for up to 5.1 channels. It supports 4K resolutions, and operates by simply connecting between source and display via HDMI and selecting the required audio format.
The AU-11SA-4K is identical, but can handle up to 7.1 channels. It also needs no end-sink, as advanced firmware allows audio de-embedding without need for connection to HDMI displays.
Meanwhile the AU-11CA-4K allows the insertion of an external audio signal (analogue/digital stereo, multi-channel digital surround) to any HDMI source signal. It also repeats HDMI signals for extended cable range, and supports 4K resolutions.
And finally the RE-11HS-4K boosts signals and improves HDMI signal quality. It uses v1.4 HDMI specification with 4K resolution, 3D and Deep Colour support as well as HD 192kHz audio.
