Gefen launches the 4x4 Seamless Matrix for HDMI-- able to handle seamless switching between up to four sources, with scaling and resizing for each picture without any switching delay or frame loss.
A built-in scaler scales non-HD content to 1080p, and resizes images to 16:9 aspect ratio.
Further features include the ability to assign names to all inputs and outputs, an easy to use on-screen GUI, configuration and recall of up to 10 presets and control via IR remote, RS-232 and IP (web server interface, Telnet and UDP).
The matrix ships in a 1U rack-mountable enclosure and comes complete with rack ears.
