HAI by Leviton adds Yale Real Living as connectivity partner-- providing 2-way integration with Yale ZigBee and Z-Wave wireless door locks.

The integration allows remote lock status monitoring, as well as remote door locking and unlocking. Customers also also lock and unlock up to 16 doors via Hai by Leviton ethernet touchscreens, key fobs and remotely via Apple and Android mobile devices.

Users can trigger for other scenes or events in the home (such as automatic setting lighting, music and temperature) according to the un/locked door status, and check who accesses doors by code.

"Yale Real Living residential access control locks integrate seamlessly into the HAI by Leviton security and automation control systems," Hai by Leviton says. "With our systems, not only can the door be unlocked remotely for a contractor or maid, but a surveillance camera could be viewed beforehand to ensure the proper person is at the doorway."

The door lock integration is available now and compatible with all ethernet-enabled Hai by Leviton Omni and Lumina automation controllers, including the Omni Pro II, Omni IIe, Omni LTe, Lumina Pro and Lumina with firmware v. 3.14 or later.
