Russound launches the long awaited BSK Bluetooth Source Kit-- a wireless audio kit enabling the streaming of content from Bluetooth-enabled devices to any multiroom audio system, regardless of brand.
It features a 2-piece design comprising of a Bluetooth transceiver and a separate audio interface receiver with built-in active balanced line driver, eliminating the need for external audio balun transformers. Installers can place units up to 90m apart using a single CAT5 cable.
Wireless Bluetooth signal range is up to 30m when installed in line-of-sight applications. 12-volt trigger input and output offers AV equipment control.
The kit also allows custom device naming and security passcode support through BSK-1 programming application.
Russound says the BSK is ideal for every kind of installation-- both residential and commercial.
