The ULE Alliance announces 10 Panasonic smart home products have passed the certification programme for ULE (Ultra-Low Energy) devices, making them compatible with other devices bearing such certification.
Panasonic products in question include motion, flood and glass break detectors, as well as user interfaces. Tests were conducted at AT4 wireless, the ULE Alliance official testing and certification partner. Other ULE certified devices come from the likes of Vtech, Huawei and Crow.
The ULE Certification ensures the interoperability of devices across multiple vendors and enforces a high quality requirement for product operation to achieve a consistent user experience. The ULE wireless standard is deemed particularly secure while offering greater range than other similar standards.
