Leema Acoustics announces an addition to the compact Elements range-- the Elements Streamer, an audio offering featuring the same module found in the Quasar streaming amplifier/DAC, as well as an ESS Sabre DAC.
The Elements Streamer has built-in support for a number of music services, including Tidal, Deezer, Qobuz and vTuner radio. Spotify Connect support is also included, as well playback of files from Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive and devices connected via either USB or network such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, NAS drives and music servers.
Another Leema announcement is an upgrade of the Stream IV streaming CD player-- now allowing it to partner with the Bluetooth-enabled Pulse IV amp/DAC. As the 4th iteration of the Leema core source component, it includes network file support. Also launched is the Hydra II Anniversary Edition, a bridgeable stereo power amplifier incorporating technologies from the Leema Altair IV monoblock.
