Customers wanting a wireless speaker and a means to teach the kids how electronics work? Bose might have a solution with the BOSEbuild Speaker Cube, a build-your-own wireless speaker kit.
The Speaker Cube obviously features step-by-step instructions in the shape of a companion app, as well as all required equipment for the speaker building. In addition Bose includes customisable elements, such as different coloured lighting effects and "swappable silhouette covers" to keep things interesting.
"Everything about the BOSEbuild Speaker Cube is carefully designed with kids in mind," the company says. "The parts are rugged and resilient, and the app-driven construction steps are clear and easy to follow. Cables and connectors are big, bright, and easy to handle. Even the circuit board is clearly labeled."
