Totem Acoustic shows off the KIN Mini Flex at ISE 2016-- a first sealed speaker cabinet from the company promising the ultimate in mounting flexibility.
The speaker features a cabinet with a slightly tilted front, meaning installers can aim it upwards when wall-mounted to reflect off ceilings or point it downwards for optimal diffraction. One can also mount it on ceilings, table tops or even recessed as a left/right or centre unit, and Totem claims it retains a balanced soundstage image even in asymmetrical configurations.
Mounting comes through an included universal bracket.
Meanwhile the drivers features a honeycomb cone structure the company says is both light and strong, meaning it eliminates unwanted vibrational resonance at high output levels.
The KIN Mini Flex is available in either black or white finishes.
